Life Groups

What are Life Groups?

Life groups meet each week to study and find life applications of God’s word; to encourage, support, and build each other up; and to pray for one another. These groups meet at different times and places and consist of all different age groups. Each group is unique because of the interest and mix of people that attend.

A Life Group consists of fifteen people or less meeting together to foster spiritual development by the use of God’s Word, the experience of community, and by prayer.

What is the purpose of a Life Group?

The purpose of a Life Group is to connect people relationally for the purpose of growing in Christlikeness, loving one another, and contributing to the work of the church, in order to glorify God and make disciples of all the nations.

As a church grows bigger, it must also grow smaller—helping people to find community with others around Jesus Christ and His Word. We have different kinds of groups to meet your needs. We invite “you” to become involved.

To get connected in a Life Group this fall contact the church office at 586-6101.

Cost for materials is $40 and scholarships are available upon request.  For more information call Joan Schwan at 308-8155.
